Nice clean room
The room was very clean, and updated. Front desk people was very nice. Had a very nice pool area, hot tub not that great jets not work and water not hot. The breakfast was not good it was just a honeybun and coffee, I have my grandkids and none of us drinks coffee they are kids. The housekeeping on day one was very nice and friendly we just wanted towels. On check out day I removed all bedding and towels to by the door all trash was in bags, when housekeeping knocked I asked i could a few trash bags to finis picking up and she was so rude about it and stated if I would have just let her clean they would not of wasted so many bags, I was just trying to help. But that was the only thing that was bad about our stay

It’s okay, not recommended for business travel
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room and facility were clean. Bed was comfortable. Lighting in the room was terrible which ordinarily wouldn’t be an issue but I needed to do some work while there. There was a desk in the room which was nice but the lamp didn’t work (no chord) and the chair was old and set all the way down near the floor and adjustment lever didn’t work. WiFi was slow so had to use my hot spot to work. Bathroom was clean but the toilet would stick so you had to jiggle the handle or it would run constantly and it had apparently been repaired and not leveled when reinstalled so it would rock back and forth. Hair dryer in the room also didn’t work. All in all, it was an okay stay. Just not recommended if you’re traveling for work and need a good place to get some work done from the hotel.

The room was clean but the whole hotel had a terrible smell in the hallways and it came into the room a little. Someone must have complained cause then they sprayed so much air freshener that you couldn’t breathe. Other then that I was happy with the room.

No one was at the desk when i got there to check in. The room was ok. Front office guy was sure to tell me about the pool behind my room but when we got there it was drained already. Sheets are changed every 3 days of the stay. I think thats far too long, and there wasnt even a bible or a notepad there when we got there. Bed moves when sleeping A LOT because of the frame. Have a few new bruises because i kept hitting my knee while getting into bed due to the mattress being pushed too far over. Hotel was just meh in general, but would probably stay again.

Amazing family hotel
This was a 2 family weekend trip to visit a student at WKU in the band! She is a freshman and we will utilize this hotel throughout her 4 years because we loved this hotel! Does it look like much on the outside? No but it’s very clean and newly remodeled! We were 2 families so we had 2 rooms. My friend has a 12 week old puppy and we were allowed to bring her for $10! There were lots of other dogs so it’s great to have a pet friendly hotel! And it was clean considering the animals! No breakfast due to Covid but the dining room looks really nice and they normally would have a good selection it appears! I loved the remodeled rooms and bathroom! Ship lap style walls in the bathroom! Beds were comfy. They do slide on the frame they are on. They could benefit from a hinge to hold it in place. My kids felt the need to slide them around when they would bounce onto the bed! Loved the lighting fixtures. Clean clean clean! The indoor pool is amazing. Chilly at first but that’s normal! Kids swam for hours! Towels in room and at pool were very clean! Nice big tv with good channel selection. Easy access to WiFi. Good location to lots of restaurants and shopping and the college! We will be glad to stay here again and again! We paid $74 for a night and think that was very fair for what we received! Our kids really enjoyed it! Well worth it! Plus a good area to walk animals in back!

Smelly family stay.
Check in went well. We parked near our room, and upon enertering the whole hall smelled like leaking raw sewage. The room smelled just as bad. We were movedvfrom 175 to 171 but we could still smell whatever the problem was. No discount given and no money back.
