Eileen was awesome. She was very helpful and extremely engaging. There was nothing she could not do for us to make sure we were accommodated for. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the restaurant food was amazing - it was brought to our room at no extra cost. Everyone was so nice. We had the best nights sleep and so did our little dog. The Old Victoria was nice to stay at, and Eileen was very helpful. The location near the train line means train noise in the morning; but the room was comfortable, and the place was easy to find - quite convenient to the main roadssouth to Newcastle and Sydney
