I've stayed at this hotel a few times now, whenever I visit my family in Americana. This, I think, is the best hotel in the city of Americana, and it's perfectly fine and a suitable hotel. Apparently, they brand themselves as an upscale hotel, but it's far from upscale when compared to hotels in the US or even in bigger cities of Brazil. My first stay there I stayed at one of the bigger, nicer rooms on the avenue side, this time I decided that it wasn't necessary, and stayed at a smaller one in the back. The room was nice and comfortable with a large, clean, nice bed, either queen or king size, no frills. The bathroom was extremely small and a little cumbersome since at any time I went in I had to close the bathroom door in order to get to the shower. A small detail that bothered me immensely and that could have been easily and cheaply changed, my bedroom had bright white lights, rather than the nice soft warm white lights I'm mostly used to. It made me feel as if I was in a meatpacking plant. The bathroom flush was slow and non-efficient and I would expect that such hotel would've changed its toilets for water efficient ones at this point, but not the case. I used the "gym" once, which looks nice on the outside but sadly is very limited, supplied with low grade workout equipment. It was also very hot in it and when I called the front desk to ask where the AC remote control was they told me that it was broken, they built the gym the year before. Lots of construction

O hotel seria impecável se não fosse a altura do vaso sanitário, ele tem a altura de vaso para crianças. Achamos um pecado terem tido coragem de instalar uns vasos daquela altura em um hotel que tem tudo para ser maravilhoso. E é uma falha horrível, pois é difícil de se utilizar. Questionei na recepção e me informaram que todos os quartos naquela categoria tinham os vasos sanitários daquela altura, imperdoável. Por ser cliente Gold eu teria direito a up Grand, conforme disponibilidade, mas disseram que não tinham disponível. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Como todo o hotel e atendimento. A falha é apenas essa. Ficamos no ap 403.

Hotel lindo, café da manhã maravilhoso, cama e almofadas super confortáveis, limpeza excelente, tudo impecável. Comunicação com o hotel é ruim, não conseguimos informações precisas como gostaríamos em contato feito pelo telefone: questões de estacionamento e limpeza do quarto. Falta acessibilidade para pessoas com deficiência ou mobilidade reduzida do estacionamento para adentrar ao hotel (há degraus). Banheiro muito apertado e impossível de ser utilizado por pessoas com deficiência física ou mobilidade reduzida. Cabe ressaltar que o hotel nos avisou que não haveria no momento da nossa reserva quartos com acessibilidade (eles possuem) e que nós optamos por ir, mesmo assim.
