Excellent, affordable apartment hotel in one of Sa
We used this as a base for 1 week of skiing primarily at Valle Nevado and LaParva. The apartment totally suited us in comfort and style. The building has a huge, attractive attrium. It is a little bit confusing to check in as the office is in an office building adjacent. The concierge directed us to it. The neighborhood is excellent, but not a lot of restaurants nearby. However, the Korean restaurant across the street is excellent and authentic (based upon my more than 45 trips to Korea). A short hike north will get one into an area with a wider selection of restaurants.

Inconforme ao oferecido, sujo e sem assistência!
Infelizmente à hospedagem foi muito aquém do esperado. O apartamento estava muito sujo, com vazamento e não contava com serviços oferecidos em seu anúncio. Banheiro extremamente sujo, ainda havia uma calcinha pendurada no banheiro. Louças mal lavadas e utensílios sujos na cozinha, além da sujeira em modo geral. O banheiro estava com um vazamento que ficou alagando o mesmo por seis dias. Serviço de quarto falho e troca de toalhas uma única vez. Não autorizaram utilização de terraço / piscina / churrasqueira. A comunicação com a administração é falha e quando se trata de reclamações eles ignoram e desligam. A localização é ótima, porém, é o único ponto positivo.

Muito bem localizado em Las Condes, com farto comércio nas redondezas, o apartamento de fois quartos com garagem possui infraestrutura completa. O único ponto que deixa a desejar é que não tem ar condicionado em um dos quartos, apenas na sala e na suíte. No verão faz calor em Santiago.
