Unbeatable value
Extremely good value, clean capsule, perfect for needing a place just to sleep. Bathroom facilities not glamorous but do the job. Overall much better and safer than a hostel.

A capsule that’s not too hard to swallow
This was my first time staying at the capsule hotel and I can honestly say, it won’t be my last. It definitely was a novelty at first but this is just actually practical. The Capsule itself is more spacious than any photo will do justice for. I had a side entry capsule which was essentially the “top bunk”. The capsules are a bit noisy when entering/exiting them due to the plastic nature of them but I never felt unsafe or like it couldn’t hold me climbing up and down the little stairs to go in/out of the capsule. Once inside it’s very relaxing whether you want to lay down or sit up right. I didn’t hear too much noise through the night even though my capsule was right next to a window facing Liverpool Rd. Each capsule comes with a locker so you can store bigger bags or hang clothes. Everyone else staying there were quiet and the bathrooms were rarely occupied when I needed to use them. Staff were friendly and I found the check in and check out process very easy and straight forward. Location is awesome, directly across from World Square and a brief walk to almost anywhere you could want to go within the CBD.

Friday night, hostel with own space
It was overall good and would stay again as it was very very convenient and easily affordable. Easy check in and check on. Clean and staff was friendly. My safe was locked and so was friends but staff came up to help. Wifi was slow, the capsules don’t lock which I wasn’t aware of but is understandable, the door isn’t completely closable too. The lockers were tricky to lock and mine wouldn’t lock half the time and the bathrooms key pass doesn’t work so they are not secure, the elevator is the slowest thing on earth and smelled so you would wait 5 min then just end up walking as it is faster and never arrives. The doors to each pod room with has about 10 capsules each didn’t lock either. Bathrooms were clean tho and so were the capsules and were comfy to lie in. You were in a room like a hostel but you can have your own little space and bed free from eyes but not securely closed

Hidden pleasure.
Very convenient to many attractions including shopping, cafes, transport and other necessities. Even if the hotel itself is rather difficult to find; it is indeed a pleasure to stay. At present there is noise generated from the street below due to the light rail construction which ought to be completed in about 20 years; my goodness it is progressing at a snails pace. This place will be very well positioned to utilize the light rail, upon completion. There is only one lift/elevator which takes forever to arrive and almost as long to negotiate a few floors. I don't mind climbing a few flights of stairs but not with a large suitcase. The staff are extremely nice and very helpful. Checking in and out was efficient. Housekeeping did a wonderful job, in particular with the share bathroom cleanliness. Overall, I must say a an enjoyable place to stay.
