Awesome stay in lovely place
This was a great stat for 3 nights. Room is very comfortable, and warm even that we have the corner room it conditioner worked amazingly. Kids loved the free playing machines and didn't want to leave at all. Breakfast was very good my family loved it and even I with dietary restrictions was able to find something for me there. I would love to stay there again with no doubt if um in the area

The hotel looks fantastic as do the rooms however be aware if you stay on the bottom floor that you will hear every footstep and every movement from the guests in the room above. Noise from adjacent rooms wasn’t much better. Also be aware that for some unknown reason our bed had an exposed steel bracket poking out the side that was in a dangerous position and could cause a nasty lower leg injury if struck at the wrong angle.

A bit noisy.
Bad noise from all directions. And light pouring through the window. But it was clean at least.

Ok, not great
Hotel overall was ok. Two night stay for us in a room with two queen beds. Bedroom area was much better than the bathroom which was very dated and very very small as well as being unclean on our arrival with hair on floor and walls and the toilet roll on the floor covered in some kind of blue liquid. The shower temperature did not stay constant at all at any time of day which was frustrating. On a positive note the bedroom was spacious with a good fridge and microwave and beds and bedding were good. Lower floor, our room anyway, was definitely disturbed by those upstairs walking so I would suggest you request an upstairs room. No elevator but I would have preferred carrying luggage up to avoid the sleep interruptions. Staff were polite during the few interactions we had but no one came when I rang the bell on the morning of our deperture so had to go in search to let them know where we had left the room keys. It was breakfast time though so they could have been busy. Breakfast was very basic no substantial hot food (continental as they state) but those who like waffles will be pleased. Those with kids will also probably enjoy the games room and pool. If going to the area again I’d likely try somewhere else for the money.

Great location though!
Great location. Once in awhile the whole building vibrated; I wasn’t sure what was causing it. No breakfast offered. No enforcement of the public area usage(there is a sign “no pets allowed in spa area”, but some people brought a pet dog in and let it off the leash, the hotel worker witnessed what was happening and did nothing about it.) In shower, shampoos, conditioner, and body soap were fixed on the wall, the conditioner ran out after a day. Shower temperature indications were opposite(hot was cold).

Just average.
Just an average stay. Nothing to rave about. Why do some hotels provide breakfast (anything packaged) while others, like this one do not. I would recommend you find a way to provide a safe breakfast.

We loved it!
This was a great hotel for our family of 5. We opted for the 4 bunk beds and it worked out perfectly. Bed were comfy and had plenty of room. The room was great, and the outdoor pool was so much fun for my little one. We stayed over thanksgiving, the hotel was packed but we still had parking spots. We will come back to this hotel for sure. The hotel has been updated, but we could here the people above us walking whenever they walked. We especially loved how central this hotel was in the city. We walked all over from our hotel.
