As expected, the hotel is super basic ( which is totally fine) and I would stay again. But what isn’t acceptable, is the reception staff attitude. Super unfriendly, slightly rude very unkind. For that reason, I will never comeback to it. It’s way better and cheaper and Ito rent an apartment nearby rather than pay more for people that’s is clearly not happy in what they are doing.

À noite o restaurante abre para o público em geral para consumo de burger mas o exaustor não dá conta e o cheiro de fritura no saguão fica desagradável. Café da manhã muito bom. A localização é excelente, estratégica para deslocamentos a pé pelos Jardins ou de metrô para qualquer lugar. O café da manhã é bom, atendendo ao padrão Ibis Budget. O quarto, embora muito pequeno, estava limpo, porém o vaso sanitário exala um odor horrível constantemente, o que é proveniente da tubulação. Um ponto super positivo é a localização, bem próximo da movimentação da Avenida Paulista, sem grandes riscos de segurança, não sendo aconselhado, como em qualquer outro lugar, andar com colar e celular expostos. No mais, a equipe de funcionários é bastante educada, sendo o check-in e o check-out bem tranquilos.

A foto apresentada não retrata a realidade do restaurante. O cardápio era bem simples, com pouquíssimas opções para o preço cobrado. A ducha do box estava com um vazamento absurdo na mangueira. Como ficamos somente uma noite, não solicitamos a troca de apartamento. Faltava sabonete, pois somente havia shampoo e condicionador disponíveis no minúsculo box. A TV só transmite canais abertos de São Paulo, que, por sinal, são péssimos. Como a TV não era smart, não havia alternativas, como o YouTube, por exemplo. A regulagem do ar-condicionado é de enfeite, pois o suposto termostato não regula a temperatura.
