The staff was excellent, so I really wanted to like it, but the hotel just wasn't what we were expecting. We got a 2 bedroom but the door between the two had been removed and there was only AC in one of the rooms. The decor was as pictured, beds were comfy enough, but some of the sheets and walls were stained. The bathrooms were ok but our door locked from the outside, the shower head was broken, and there were no toiletries, just soap dispensers on the wall. The hotel and the elevator were pretty old, the pool had been drained. Breakfast was ok but didn't seem very fresh. The location was great, very convenient for getting to restaurants, shopping, and the seaside, but the hotel next door did live music until 1:00am, which was really bothersome. It was ok for a budget hotel for a night or two but I don't think we'll be back.
