The hotel is nice and the staff were very welcoming. Unfortunately there is little open in the area in May and so everything is a drive away. The wind stopped us enjoying the pool and the possibility of going to the beach. The alternate trip to Almeria was good especially the free tour of the Alcazaba in Almeria.

Our stay was the third this year at an Ohtels hotel , it was overall a very enjoyable stay, the room was very spacious and the view was 1st class, my only criticism being the pool area not opening until 11am, also the dining room not opening until 8pm, other than that couldn't fault it,

De los mejores hoteles en los que he estado, la zona increíble, hay un paseo súper cerca con unos atardeceres increíbles, está cerca de la playa y de bares para tapear o tomar algo y hay un par de descampados enormes para aparcar. La habitación genial, quizá hay alguna cosa mejorable como las almohadas(son muy planas) pero en general he estado encantada. El gym tiene varias máquinas de cardio, poleas y algunas máquinas de entrenar antagónicos como quads y femoral, una para pecho y hombro y la pec deck que favorecen a la hora de entrenar músculos diferentes, la verdad que para mantenerse en las vacas está genial, también hay un mancuernero y esta súper limpio. El buffet excelente en variedad, calidad, atención inmejorable de los cocineros y el personal, Isabel que es la encargada es maravillosa, siempre con una sonrisa y súper atenta en todo, yo de verdad que me voy súper agradecida con mi estancia, he descansado muchísimo, me he reído con el personal un montón porque de verdad que aquí hay gente malísima , he comido súper variado y rico y he disfrutado de todas las instalaciones. Los chavales de la animación muy divertidos y la piscina con la zona de burbujas una gozada. Mejorable el Wifi, la señal es bastante baja y que en 10 días por los roces que tienen se que no me han cambiado las sábanas ni una vez; nada que no tenga una fácil solución, por lo demás todo genial. Si en alguna otra ocasión podré volver a venir por esta zona pero sin duda elegiría el mismo hotel.

El hotel está genial, la gente amable pero es cierto que hay dos puntos donde flojea mucho y pierde bastantes puntos. Los socorristas pasan de todo y van muy a su rollo, genera bastante desconfianza y a esto sumamos el tema de la piscina. Todo el mundo reserva hamacas y nadie hace nada, es imposible disfrutar de la piscina ya que no hay forma de poder sentarte un rato por lo que he dicho, todos guardan sus sitios y se van a comer y a la siesta, y como nadie se hace responsable, buscate la vida. Quitando esos puntos, hemos estado muy bien, la comida muy buena y la gente genial.

La comida ha sido todos los días la misma, pizza, espaguetis, macarrones, bacon, patatas fritas y a la plancha cerdo en todas su versiones. La bebida te la servían cuando ya habías terminado de comer, la habitación sucia, no limpiaban la bañera, no tuvieron con nosotros el detalle de corderos a pesar de tener una júnior suite porque según el recepcionista yo no cumplía los requisitos. Le pregunté cuáles eran y evidentemente se los desmonté todos porque uno de ellos era que no había reservado directamente con ellos cuando nosotros llamamos directamente al hotel para preguntar esta cuestión y nos dijeron que las habitaciones familiares no las gestionaban ellos directamente, que tenía que hacer la reserva a traves de hoteles.com, booking, etc. Es la primera vez en muchos años que no me da pena volver a casa. No repetiré con esta cadena

Habitación limpia, aunq el colchón de muelles, era bastante incómodo. Buffet con buena comida, mejoraría la limpieza de platos, cubiertos y copas/vasos. Un diez al personal, agradable y servicial. Equipo de animación magnífico. Lo que menos nos ha gustado son los alrededores del hotel, no hay apenas nada, la playa, tampoco vale mucho la pena la verdad.
