Worth a try
Service was good, but bathrooms and toilets were not very clean. Near by good cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. Good breakfast.

Good budget stay
Convenient with a 7/11 right outside and metro stops for various lines within a 10 minute walk. Hotel itself had good wifi, was clean and staff were helpful. Level 2 could have had a bit more ventilation / aircon.

No frills stay
Simple, private and the area is cònvenently located close to a fewer different stations, giving easy access to most metro lines

Clean, near to the train station. Would be good if the sleeping pod has more ventilation.

Clincally cosy, Very next-Generation
The design of the hotel is compact, yet very next-generation. The pods were cosy and roomy and the toilets were very clean. Overall, its clinically comfortable to stay at Nine Hours. Guests were respectful of each other's spaces. It's very quiet inside the pod and within the hotel, so making too much noise would make you an undesirable neighbour. Opt for the breakfast package, you will be directed to a good 3rd wave coffee joint near the area.

A Phenomenal Capsule Hotel Experience
It was an amazing experience; I love how friendly and helpful all the staff there are. Cleanliness and service is five-star and I will definitely return to Nine Hours Otemachi-Imperial Palace when I go back to Tokyo. On the downside, the pillows are really hard so a softer one would make the capsule experience way better but there's nothing to complain about.

Comfortable, clean and convenient
Sparkling clean, good wifi, super nice showers. Staff speaks good english. This was my first time in a capsule hotel and it was more comfortable than I was expecting. The capsules did not have doors (as I expected), just curtains, but it still felt very private. It's a downgrade from a hotel, but a big upgrade from a hostel. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, but you're a short walk from a bunch of restaurants. Downsides: You have to be completely out of the capsule by 10am every day (but you can leave your stuff in the locker). The lockers are really narrow, so it was hard to access them when there were other people at their lockers. There wasn't really a nice common space to hang out, and you can't really hang out and chat or anything in the dorms. Finally, the breakfast was just a coupon to a nearby coffee shop for a coffee and a pastry. It was good, but not really breakfast.

Bad experience not worth money paid
far from good, not a value for money, staffs are good after all. very small lockers, hostel like everyday check in check out. absolutely small place does not worth so much money. Breakfast done 1 km away in a neighbourhood shop, meagre bf, does not worth money paid. advise is never book bfast. Location also is bad, lot of walk to find it in a hidden corner. Not a place qualify as hotel.
