An excellent choice for its location, value, service and cleanliness. Its is quite new and well maintained with practical layout in the room even though its is relatively small as is quite the norm in Japan at this reasonable price. Located near Shinshibashi / namba walks with the subway / buses, food and shopping facilities. Will stay here again for our next Osaka visit. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location & service
Fantastic location. We stayed in room 1007 for 2 nights which is on 10th floor & very quiet. Excellent service from staff, special thanks to Yuri, most helpful & friendly. Hotel is close to shops & restaurants, subway public transport. Easy to get to Kansai airport from Namba Station. Room a bit small but well equipped with safe box. Free Wifi with excellent reception. Can use their smart phone if you require. Small drawback is they supply kettle but no tea bags & coffee. Only supply 2 free coffee from the machine for 2 people to stay for 2 nights.

A good choice for Shinsaibashi
The hotel location very convienant for shopping & eating at Shinsaibashi, as well as close to the subway. The main drawback for a family of 4 is the room is very cramped. Otherwise, a very good hotel to stay at Shinsaibashi area.

Loved it!
Staff were really friendly and helpful. Twin rooms are bigger than most rooms in Japan. Location is very good near Shinsaibashi shopping street and food.

Great location
We stayed here for one night before heading to Sapporo for the RWC. It was a perfectly located place with everything we need for a day/night.
