    TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!

    WORST PLACE WE’VE EVER STAYED! Bugs everywhere... linens had holes.. no table for dining on.... floors were sandy and damp... balcony door would not open. NOT WORTH the outrageous price we were charged! We didn’t stay a second night!

    Needs new maintenance crew

    The property has a lot of potential. It needs a new maintenance crew. This place was dirty and unkeeped. The rooms are super small but that could be over looked if the rest of the property was keeped up. You have to make your own beds. You have to leave the dishes cleaned but the water in the sink backs up. No stove in the room that was a huge bummer. The turf on the putt putt golf could be vacuumed, the balls on the kick pool table we’re ragged one was missing, and the volleyball ball was busted. The pool was super cold it was 100 degrees out.

    Overall we were pleased with our stay. There were 13 of us and we all knew what the sleeping arrangements were when we arrived so no surprises there. We were there for a beach getaway and access to the beach was perfect so mission accomplished. Views are great. Josh was very helpful, he communicated with us by email, text, and in person. We did not have any kids with us but thought it was very kid friendly with a ton of things for them to do. We would book again but would probably bring some fans for the lofts.

    Neat Find but annoying guests!

    Prettty cool little get away for the family. Definitely more for kids than adults. The beds were a little uncomfortable and I didn’t like they were stacked one on top of another. The beach was nice everyone stayed their distance in lieu of covid the only problem was people shooting fireworks on the property at 2am that was irritating and they partied loudly. But during the day was nice when all the partiers were passed out so families were able to enjoy their time.

    Property has a lot of potential. Our room was newly remodeled. Loft beds were unique. The kids loved them. A second air conditioner for the hall lifts is needed for circulation.

    Skip this one

    Beds all required crawling or climbing to get to. Pics showed 2 hot tubs but there was only one. Pool was freezing and pretty much unusable. Beach chairs were super cheap “dollar store “ specials that were in usable except for children. Floors felt gritty when we first arrived. Looks like it was probably nice once, but they’re letting it slip away. Paid a premium price for budget accommodations. We left a day early, and gave management an opportunity to respond to our issues, but they chose not to.

    Terrible place!!

    We took a family trip to this resort because we thought it would be fun for all the kids. The only part we really enjoyed was the beach. Our room was really dirty; dust, dirt, and dead bugs on almost everything. We called management and asked for the cleaning crew to reclean things but they never showed up. 2 of the beds did not have sheets, TVs barely worked, and the kitchen area was not equipped to eat anything in. Dishes were chipped or cracked, they gave us 1 trash bag and no dish soap to wash dishes. It was all together a horrible experience. We will not be returning.
