My experience at B&B São José dos Campos was not good at all. They gave us room P-006 which is 1 st floor in an open area to the lobby. Every time the door downstairs opened, you could hear inside the room. People talking, staff talking and phone ringing was literally so disturbing that we requested to move rooms. The staff hesitated and not even apologized for what was happening. Never again.

Eu e minha família gostamos muito do Hotel B&B. Café da manhã excelente! Atendimento ótimo de toda a equipe, especialmente da Dona Mércia, anfitriã do restaurante que torna tudo muito mais agradável. Banheiro sempre muito limpo, boas toalhas e quarto espaçoso. O único problema é o estacionamento pago à parte, diferente do "Hotel Ema" em que é cortesia. Somos clientes há muito tempo. Sempre voltamos. Parabéns a toda equipe!!!

A equipe de atendimento está de parabéns. Sempre muito prestativos. O quarto é simples, mas muito limpinho e funcional para uma estadia rápida. O banheiro é bom, só precisa de melhor limpeza nos cantinhos, que é evidente o acumulo de lodo. O café da manhã também é simples, mas tem tudo e os funcionários do restaurante também são muito rápidos e atendem muito bem. No geral, recomendo o hotel pelo custo benefício!
