Hotel un poco caro para los servicios ofrecidos.
El hotel es bonito, tiene buena ubicación, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, buena calidad de la cama. EL gimnasio es muy pequeño, cumple con los requerimientos básicos. No tiene restaurant, el desayuno es en un restaurant del mall, desayuno está ok pero nada especial. Ciertamente hay hoteles en Stgo con mucho mejor instalaciones y servicios por este precio. El estacionamiento se debe pagar por separado y es muy caro. Muy lindas vistas hacia el cerro San Cristóbal y la Cepal.

There was an extremely noisy aerobics class that started from 6-9 AM everyday. I was in the third floor and still it was like been next to the gym. I reported it, they acknowledged it, but couldn’t do much. What a pity!

It is a great hotel in a very good location. Areas for improvement (very easy implementation): 1) a king bed requires a night table on both sides. For a reason I can’t understand, only the left side had one. There is plenty of room for that. 2) please put 2 garbage cans in the bedroom. There was only one in the WC. Upon request we got a second one. The hotel looks quite new, and it is really welcoming.
