I rarely gave any reviews. But this time I feel obligated to give this feedback and hope actions taken by the business so that others would not experience what I had. I was given a room before my check in time. Once i got in to the room there was some kinda smell. I stayed there for 3 nights 4 days. On my last night when I came back around 9 pm , my sink water was brown. Called front desk and sent technician and water still brown color but lighter. He mentioned there was a filter changed the day before. I kept the water running hoping it’ll be cleared out but still the color light brownish. It was already 11.30 pm and I had not showered yet. Called front desk again to move me out to different room. When i got to the new room, the smell was so fresh different with my old one. But later found out the sink is leaking water while running it. I didnt want to complain anymore since it was very late and i needed to sleep. I told mgt about this and no extra incentive or anything given to me considering a very bad experience I had. Really disappointed with my stay.
