Definitely worth a stay!
Our stay at Andalla was amazing. Karim helped organise a private transfer for us after our taxi driver wasn’t able to find the hotel. Our taxi driver wanted to drop us off at the main square and then hop onto a hackney with our luggages with a stranger through the markets which we didn’t feel safe doing. After speaking to Karim, he got a driver to pick us up within 20 minutes and got us safely to the riad. Karim welcomed us at the hotel with traditional Moroccan mint tea and gave us tips on where to have dinner (although we opted for the dinner at the riad). The room we had was beautifully decorated with everything that we needed. Everyone at the riad provided excellent service but special thanks to Karim, Mr Boujmaa and Youness for welcoming us so kindly and Mustafa for teaching us Arabic and entertaining us with his amazing tea pouring skills! Also, we were told that they will be upgrading the riad to include more rooms and a bigger pool!

Nice location with beautiful decor
We had a very nice stay at Riad Andalla Spa. Make sure you add the word “SPA” to the end of the hotel name when searching for directions as there is another hotel with a similar name that is not close by. We got very lost one day because my GPS took us to the wrong hotel. The hotel is beautiful with a lovely terrace and a dining area. The service was very good and everyone working at the hotel was very friendly. The size of our room was very small. It was a tight squeeze for 2 people plus suitcases. Also, the shower was not very private which wasn’t a huge deal, but it was almost as if the shower was in the center of room with a small partition separating it from the bed. As two friends traveling together, we wanted just slightly more privacy. That being said, the decor of the room was absolutely gorgeous and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast is a standard Risd breakfast but it was tasty and got our days off to a good start. Another perk of the hotel is that there is only 8 rooms, so there aren’t many other guests around which makes your stay more relaxing. As far as location goes, it’s very close the main square and the sprawling Marrakech market. The staff at the hotel gave us very good directions for getting to and from the hotel. The airport shuttle from the hotel is a good value and made our departure very easy.

Better than the #1 ranked hotel in the world
Is hard to know where to start. The place itself, beyond beautiful. The hosts, the best ever. Let me give you some background: I am Diamond with Delta for more years that I can count, I am a 2 million miler, etc. So you can guess I have been to (too many) hotels. You have the fancy chains, with clean rooms that all look the same and great service by employees that work for the place but not necessarily feel the place. And that is what most of us experience when we travel, and enjoy. This place is different. Is home. Is luxurious and home at the same time. This is the best way to visit Marrakesh. You are in the most calm place ever, then walk out of the door and you are in the Medina. The hosts, each one of them, makes you feel like you know them forever (one just had a baby and after 24 hours my way was thinking what present shall we buy for his new baby girl!... is family...). My family had cooking classes, massages, and we had dinner twice there. All superb. Breakfast superb and typical middle-eastern hospitality: eat for 1 week and this is just breakfast! The place will expand soon to another incredible Riad attached to it (we visited it, beautiful); these guys deserve to be full all the time. they are the best place by far I stayed in my ~25 years of continuous travel. Thanks for making this the best... PS: As you might know, Marrakesh is home to the hotel ranked #1 in the world. they have great gardens, but I prefer this Riad 10:1. I hope this says it all.
