Great location!
Overall, the room is nice and the location of the property is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the bathroom and shower were a little smaller than we expected. We had a small issue with the hot water heater dripping, but we contacted the property managers and they sent someone over immediately and took care of the problem. Service was definitely 10/10. If you are looking for somewhere with A/C, this unit provided us sufficient A/C. There was a lot of noise in the early mornings with restaurants getting ready; however, I feel as though that is typical for anywhere in Old Town.

You will need to pay 70 Euros (or 100+ Euros) for parking & carry your luggages for 15 minutes across the town. Well, there is actually nothing wrong with the property itself. Cozy room in a nice old building, and from a sightseeing or going out perspective, you cannot beat the location. Staff on site is helpful. BUT: As there is no way to access the hotel by car, not even to drop off the luggage, you will have to - park in a garage which is 70 Euro a night (or more than 100 Euros, see below) AND - carry all your stuff for about 15 minutes to and from the hotel (be aware of the many steps you will have to climb up and down in old Dubrovnik when doing so). While this applies to all of old Dubrovnik hotels, this hotel is particularly far away from the only accessible garage. Also, do not follow the staff instructions on the phone number indicated on their Irundo website. This Irundo support phone is obviously not situated in Dub and was in our case completely clueless, We were told that the parking is 50 Euros for a 24h ticket and, on explicit question how this works, were told that this works automatically, that is, you take the ticket on arrival and on the next day the garage would automatically charge you the 24h rate. This is wrong. If you read the fine-print in the Garage (which we did not do on arrival), you have to get your 24h ticket within 15 mins of arrival at the garage, else you are charged the hourly rate which in our case amounted to 115 Euros.

Charming apartment
The apartment was right in the centre of the old town in Dubrovnik. It had a small kitchen with all that you would need for a short stay, a large bedroom and small shower room. It was very clean and comfortable. We were met by staff who took us there and explained anything we needed to know. There was no need for any other interaction after that but we knew how to get hold of them if necessary. It was on the second floor which some people might find difficult but very wide staircase. Dubrovnik is very expensive so it was great to be able to make our own breakfasts, packed lunch and dinner if we wanted to. Supermarket was just round the corner. It was very hot so having an air conditioned place to return to easily during the day was excellent to cool down and have a drink. Overall it was very comfortable and a lovely space to occupy for a few days and we would stay there again.

Excellent location in Old Town Dubrovnik, noisy
We, as a couple, stayed two nights in August 2017 on a busy weekend. This room is in an excellent location for conveniently exploring the Old Town of Dubrovnik, but the front door is located right next to a busy cafe, where people sitting and smoking barely let you in and out with your suitcases. It's also a bit noisy at night, with the pounding music of a disco audible with closed windows. Also, you have to remember that it is a room (not technically an apartment with cooking facilities available), and is not a hotel with hotel staff available, which means that you cannot go to the front desk to ask for directions, things to do, extra pillows or linens, etc. No breakfast is included, no microwave is available, so you are completely on your own for food/snacks.

Not so Arty but well located
We needed a place to crash before catching our flight the next day. We wanted to stay in Old Town and this was perfectly located close to the entrance without having too many stairs to deal with. Trust me, there are a lot of steep stairs in Dubrovnik and we were caught out with the first place we stayed in on our arrival with a mammoth amount of stairs to carry our luggage up. the room is very out of date and in no way "arty" unless 'arty' means a collection of hand me down furniture shoved in a room. The building is directly opposite a local supermarket (great for essentials) and well located in old town with access to everything. If you're not looking to spend a lot of time in your room, this is will do nicely.
