Staff was friendly and helpful. There was ac and hearing in the room which was nice. Room was also quiet and good curtains to block the light. Downsode it was a bit unclean and smelled like cigarettes. Looked like an old building that needed renovation. Good in nepali standards and would probably go again. Have stayed in other hotels near by and this was still one of nicest. They didnt find my reservation through Expedia but managed to negotiate the proce when I showed them my confirmation email.
