Clean, Modern Hotel away from hustle and bustle
Good, clean and modern hotel which was very easy access by the MTR rail system. It is a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of central Hong Kong, but its a 5-10 minute train ride away or a short ferry ride away to the Kowloon side. Very nice location with good restaurants and plenty of places to eat. It's right next to a shopping complex for easy access to your shopping needs. Check-in and check out process was quick and easy. Typical Hyatt which you can find around the world.

The hotel is quite new-about a year or so and rebranded in August. Great views of Victoria harbour. Good breakfast offering a great variety

    Nice View, Horrible Customer Service
Our first room had a bad smell of cigarettes and almost like a wet mould. I called reception, they initially suggested to come spray the room or a air purifier. I told them how disappointing that is, given the price we paid for a room with a sea view. They then changed us to a new room on the 22nd floor which was fine. On the final night we wanted to extend the room to meet my midnight flight, they said it would be a “half day rate” which I was fine with, but I had to leave the room by 7pm, which was 6hours extra for half a day charge. I was extremely disappointed with the way they explained and tried to reword it to be a late check out fee. Management and staff both couldn’t explain themselves. Would never stay at this hotel again, location is ok, quite new, but the service was subpar for a Hyatt hote, especially as a World of Hyatt Member.

great hotel VIC north point HK
the hotel VIC and its staff are well appointed to assist you as there guest. English is good for western folks like me, and after all you are in HK so expect language could be different from your home.using the MTR is easy just exit via exit A1 and the hotel is right there, so don't be afraid of the MTR

    Beautiful new Hotel
Loved the location. So close to everything. Trains Trams Buses and shopping. Loved the awesome helpful staff. Loved the view. We stayed in 2216 the best room ever with the Club lounge down the Corridor. The bathroom was amazing but no light switch in there.... Didn't like the lighting system with about 6 switches that were confusing. The lights to the bathroom were beside the bed? Couldn't get the aircon to stay at a regular temperature. It was cold on one side of the room and hot on the other! The bed was very hard. Loved the location and may not return to Hong Kong in the future so I have a great memory of a lovely but ever so slightly frustrating stay in a beautiful Hotel.

Good room layout. Most Staff are very helpful. Great Restaurant options within hotel, from Local Chinese, western staples to my surprise very delighted Japanese Restuarant experiences. (I had 2x meal within 2nights stay there few weeks ago) But like many younger generational ‘local’ staff these days in Hong Kong, need further training on customer services. Definitely NEED double UP (reconfigure) numbers of check in (and out) Counters!!! NOT just staff numbers! For the numbers of rooms in this supposedly 5 stars hotel...Waiting time for check-in way way too long. Otherwise great potential to be among one of the best hotels in the area... Upper Management (and Facility managers) should take notes.

    Hotel Vic overal 7
All good except we booked an executive room and was disappointed with the size we received compared to last time when we booked directly. Meal service and drink selection for the happy hour below what we expected

Nice but some things let it down
    A. Rey nice new hotel with good facilities but somethings let it down. We had a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids but the 2 double beds were narrow and not as soft as you would expect from a hotel at this level. Very clean and well fitted out and in a good location for local restaurants and access to MTR
