First off this is a guest house in Not the best of neighborhoods that wants to charge and run this place like a downtown hotel. This place is not worth a look, first off you have to pay a cleaning fee of $10 per person a day whether your one bedroom is cleaned or not. The bedroom we had was only 11’ x 10’ storage space. you can only reach management only by texting & this guesthouse is has added amendments which include no smoking & drinking that hotels don’t have & they have bigger rooms and options. The one good thing was the closest to the metro train. This place the charge is double what it’s worth.

Premises clean and spacious, amenities well catered for. . Location difficult if arriving by public transport.. Arduous walk from metro especially if carrying baggage or wheeling suitcases. (rather hilly)

Great experience at Brighton Guesthouse
Brighton Guesthouse was just what I needed - I came to Seattle to visit my son and his wife and their new son, as well as my daughter who was visiting from out of town - my sons home was full/had no room to put me up so the Brighton Guest house was perfect, close to my son, VERY affordable and all I needed was a warm place to sleep and a cup of coffee in the morning (was essentially a room, private bath and shared kitchen) and it provided that. Very quiet, very clean, nice full kitchen shared with other tenants.
