Enjoyable Stay
Our stay was a last minute decision to book a room. Renaissance hotel was perfect. Enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff at check in, room did not have a view, but understandable when we just booked the day before. Bar staff at hotel was very friendly and efficient as well.

Snowed in but Comfortable
This hotel was very comfortable and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We were there during a major snowstorm, and the restaurant was able to keep everyone fed when nothing else was open anywhere. The only problem was that the snowplow blocked parked cars in the lot with snow, and the hotel didn’t have any shovel or ice scraper to lend. That was an unusual issue however. Overall it’s a great place for a stay in the Columbus area.
