Excellent location, beautiful views, great staff
Overall a really great stay. We were given a free upgrade to a room with a view of the Tagus river which was really beautiful. When we return to Lisbon I would consider booking this from the start. Breakfast was very good as well. The only issue was that the air conditioning was very weak throughout our stay and struggled to get to a comfortable temperature, however the staff made up for this by doing everything in their power to resolve it even though it was not possible to do so. The staff in general were excellent and incredibly friendly. We spent 1 week at the hotel before heading to the Algarve for a week, before returning to Lisbon to fly home. Even though we were not staying at the hotel when we returned the staff still allowed us to use the shower and changing facilities at the pool so we could freshen up before our flight. They also kindly looked after our luggage so we could get lunch in the city without having to drag our bags around. 10/10 for service. Overall a great stay.
