Very good 8.4 From 169 reviews

Very good 8.0
the hotel is cozy and nicely decorated. We were checked in around noon. that was very helpful since we arrived to Moscow very early morning. However, there is no air conditioner. Windows don't have screens, so when we tried just open windows we got mosquitoes in a room. If you want to use the sauna, it is additional charge. for that reason I wouldn't rate this hotel as 5 star. the location is excellent. everything within walking distance. I would use this hotel again in late fall or winter where AC is not required.

Poor 2.0
False advertisement - a 3 star hotel dressed in 5
Well, the reviews do not do this hotel justice at all I'm afraid. I will not mention the fact that their house keeping ruined a 600 EUR suit, three shirts for 450 EUR and reimbursed a measly 200 EUR back for the troubles and a car for a half day. This is not the reason for this low score, the reason is "false advertisement". I'll start: 1. The standard double room and the superior double rooms are the EXACT same but one is higher in price: we were assured that we stayed in the superior room however the layout on their webpage for a standard double room was IDENTICAL to that of our "superior room". 2. the restaurant: they advertise on the webpage with an "award winning chef" however the breakfast is horrific: you can order extra dishes such as "eggs benedict" however what you receive is not what you would expect: soggy white non toasted bred, a greenish eggyolk inside a poorly poached egg, red bellpeppers and a boiled bacon - worst breakfast I've had and I've stayed at 2 star hotels in France. 3. Cleanliness is far from what you would expect in the shower we found hair, there was some mold in the corners of the bathtub etc 4. Elevator was broken for 5 days without being fixed (it was the only one) 5. 60 EUR Shuttle service (economy) is nothing but a regular cab that costs 25 EUR at the airport

Exceptional 10.0
Great location, just 5-10 min from Red Square and Kremlin. The staff was really helpful . They were cleaning our room every day but I don’t think that the sheets were changed for our 4 days stay. If I’m going back to Moscow most probably would atay there again.

Good 6.0
It's not a 5 star hotel!
It's definitely not a 5 star hotel! Room was extremely small, too small even for 2 people and 2 bags. Breakfast was also not good, the same food every day and very poor selection. If you order something (even just a hot water), you have to wait very long and ask waiter 5 times about your order and maybe then you get it. Also during our stay there was a problem with TV - and hotel couldn't fix it during 2 days! Also there is no alcohol at the hotel, so if you want to drink glass of wine in the evening, you have to go somewhere else. So I think hotel is overpriced and overrated. Only one person was helpful - Hassen, thanks to him because he was very nice to us and tried to solve all problems. I think the only one advantage of this hotel is location, it's really close to the Red Square.

Exceptional 10.0
Great and affordable hotel
Not actually a five-star hotel but definitely a decent accommodation considering the price. The property is neatly maintained. The included breakfast, which is an order-to-cook one, is indeed great. The location is however a bit inconvenient. It takes more than 15 minutes to the nearest metro station and it's going to take more than 20 minutes to reach the Red Square on foot. Also, it is located right in front of a 24/7 running factory, which is really annoying particularly at night. Be sure to request a room facing the other side of the Red Square on a higher floor if you are sensitive to noise.
