Liked this appartment clean.up to date appliances nicely decorated.would recommended. Only may need couple firmer pillows for my liking. A larger mirror possible inside cupboard door.and draws for clothing. Kitchen table to high as if your in a bar.bath could have a sope holder.by doing all this it would be fantastic appartment. Close to beach and shops.

The Unit (#12) was perfect for the 2 of us. Two bedrooms and One bathroom. Unit was nicely decorated and fresh. kitchen was lovely. The only thing I can think of is that I would like to see another mirror in unit - maybe in bedrooms as when bathroom is in use there was no where else to do hair or makeup. Everything else was fine with the Unit. The location was good also, opposite the Marina and just down from the shops. What I didn’t like was the Unit Complex itself - Shabby appearance - very narrow driveway and parking. Unit upstairs made sure we knew they didn’t like having a rental unit under them. Very noisy between our ceiling and their floor. Outside Courtyard was nice to have access to as it’s with the unit BUT upstairs units windows are right over the courtyard and all conversations, music, tv from the unit above where we’ll heard in courtyard. All other neighbours were pleasant. There are 12 Units in the one building where our rental unit was. Overall I wouldn’t stay again due to the old unit complex and the occupants of the unit above.

Location was fantastic! Amenities were great Floor was not clean at all, and we lost power so no air conditioning from around 5pm to 1230pn the next day! On a very hot day! Manager only offered to compensate for food lost in fridge. We had a restless night sleep and couldn’t use our apartment for rest

Good layout, close to beach and parks,
Clean and inviting, great kitchenette, good layout for living. Close to park/ playground so fantastic for kids. Only criticism is parking was a little tight and need good block-out curtains on bedroom windows as a bit glary in the mornings. Overall this accommodation was well priced for our October stay and we would be happy to rebook here in the future.
