    Not the best Omni Hotel Experience.

    Nice Hotel and room. Disappointed that garage parking not validated for self parking and no access from garage to Hotel. Apparently the only option is valet parking. The main restaurant for breakfast was not open for some reason though listed Thursday thru Sunday as being open. However, there was a coffee shop and small counter offering minimal options. Trouble with key getting into our room and had to go back down to the registration desk two times was inconvenient. I would have to say my worst experience at an Omni Hotel.

    Overall satisfying stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. Prices for any purchases in hotel are insane, and not worth it. Triple what they are normally. Autumn at front desk was incredible. Perfect attitude and demeanor and very patient

    Good, not great

    Arrived around 7:30pm. Checked in and went to my room but the keypad on the door was out of batteries. I went back down to the front desk to inform them and unfortunately wasn’t even met with an “I’m so sorry.” The concierge told me they’d contact security/maintenance and to go back up to my room to wait. The maintenance person came relatively quickly and then worked on the door/lock for about 10 minutes. He was very nice and the inconvenience certainly wasn’t his fault, but I was annoyed that there wasn’t even an acknowledgement.
