Save a little only, but lose a lot.
I lost my pants which I sent to the laundry, it cost 5 days to solve this problem. The supervisor of the front desk showed no polite and respect to me, no "hello" no "goodbye", he didn't want to help me or even see me at all, I felt. I had to push everyone who I can find by myself including the housekeeping department supervisor, the manager of the administrative department(maybe he is), the staff at the front desk, to know any updates from them. No one from the hotel explain me proactively, except 2 days before I left the supervisor of housekeeping department came to my room admitted that they had made mistake when they received my clothes, they can compensate me. However, the money finally I got (which was also I got by myself by asking someone at the front desk, no one came forward to give it to me at all) was much less than the supervisor said. When the girl at the front desk gave me the money, she simply said this amount was approved by the manager, she couldn't give me any more information. The manager, who I had talked once at the lobby, did not give me any opportunity to negotiate, directly gave me a sum of money and sent me away. Think I am a beggar? You go buy a pair of the same pants now for the same price 4 years ago? It's not a matter of money, it's a matter of attitude! The compensation for an old pair of pants didn't cost much, but the whole process of the hotel gave me the feeling that Chile, so cold.

A "Wow" in every way
It is in a wonderful location and is an awesome building. The personnel are very friendly and the rooms with floor to ceiling windows offers a "Wow!" view. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom luxurious. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Las Condes area for pleasure or business
