I basically think it's a terrible place to stay, due to the customer service. Of course everything seems to be ok, until there is a problem. The wooden floor in the room was sticking out and covered by a carpet, which is as light as a bed throw. Our 3 years old was tripped and knocked his chin on the tea table due to this and he was bleeding quite badly. We went to the reception and they showed 0 empathy and said that we should talk to our insurance company. But we were not asking for compensation, we were basically expressing the concern over the safety hazard. They kept on saying it's not their problem and said that our 3 years old should have been more careful. He is a young boy and he behaves pretty well, I just don't understand how could a customer service officer communcates with customers like this and shows no empathy at all towards someone who was injured in the hotel. And the best part was that they said "the American guests didn't complain". I have all the respect for the American guests but I can't tell what point the reception lady was trying to make. Upon showing my frustration of their reaction, one of the ladies at the reception put her hand in front of my face and said "stop", the last time I was treated like this I think I was in kindergarten, and I wasn't yelling or anything! We checked out early thanks to the customer service team at hotels.com, obviously would never come back and also wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

lack of amenities. there is a large construction next to the building and I got a room exactly facing the site. Windows view was a nightmare. During the day it was very noisy and got impacted a lot as I worked from home during my stay. Room was a bit dusty, I had to wear sock all the time as there were no slippers provided. Later I moved to another aparthotel, MUCH better condition in all aspects but half of price.
