Located on stately Mountain Avenue and four blocks from College Avenue, this beautifully appointed studio apartment features an open floor plan with custom cherry cabinetry, granite, travertine and ceramic tile, queen size memory foam bed with reading lights, oversize custom-built shower with rainhead, Smart TV, WiFi, and all kitchen appliances (half-fridge, microwave, cooktop, toaster oven, coffee maker and grinder) and utensils.
It's an easy walk to vibrant Old Town restaurants, bars, craft breweries, specialty shops, farmers' markets and bus transportation. We are less than a mile to CSU, Poudre River, New Belgium Brewery, Lyric Cinema Cafe, and Lincoln Center for Performing Arts. Your accommodations include shared laundry room access with ironing board and iron, clothes closet, and under-bed space for stashing all that outdoor gear! There's an outdoor patio with privacy wall, ample seating, and table on a huge backyard lot. Cruiser bikes and combo lock are available upon request when booking for exploring this bike-friendly city. Landscaping and outdoor upgrades are in progress.

Comfortable stay in a perfect location
This property suited our needs perfectly in that it provided a great 'home base' for our visit with our children and new grand baby. The location was a convenient walk to downtown restaurants, bars and shopping. The host was extremely responsive when we needed help with a television issue and the apartment had all the conveniences we required. If you are sound sensitive note the neighbor dogs bark each morning around 5:30. Being pet owners ourselves we dealt with it. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Sweet Fort Collins
I was lucky enough to have this nice little space for a whole week. Eva and Curt were more than helpful in getting me items I needed. It was a pleasure to communicate with them. Only one thing I'd have done differently: I would have brought my warm boot-slippers, as the floors are a bit cool this time of year (November in Colorado? I'd imagine so.). I heartily recommend this lovely little home-away-from-home!

Loved this little condo!
A nicely appointed studio-bedroom unit, with high-quality furnishings and amenities. A quiet and relaxing stay. The neighbors were all very kind and helpful. And a short walk through a lovely and safe neighborhood gets you to anywhere in Old Town. I would definitely stay here again.
