    Would definitely not come back. I wish I read the reviews before booking. Management really needs to look and take care of all the issues. I feel like I was overcharged for what I got.I paid 250 plus a 20 reservation fee that I was not aware of. I was charged reservation fee at checkout. Definitely would have paid the same and gotten a better hotel. ...When I first arrived, the keys did not work to my room, had to go back to front desk. ...Room was nice as I walked in, very spacious, but no place to store clothes other than the small closet. By the way closet doors were half way falling off from the railing and stuck to where I couldn't move them . ...loud noise was coming from the toilet so I had to close the restroom door. ...the next morning toilet stopped flushing so I had to fix that ...toilet paper holder came off the wall ...sink had only hot water ...showered with cold water and hardly any water would come out of the shower head ...shower door had a plastic that was coming off ...unable to turn off the heater near the door ...carpet looked old and the room smelled weird Pros ...spacious and liked the fact that it has 2 seperate tvs and a large couch.

    When I entered my unit, I was welcomed to an extremely cold room (AC was 64°, not comfortable). To my left was a small closet with mirrored doors. The mirror was filthy, the closet was never cleaned as it had evidence of previous guest (an empty gallon of water and clothing store hangers). The bathroom...Whoa! Mirror, sink, and faucet were filthy. Dusty counter tops, stained walls, moldy shower caulking (you can tell it has never been scrubbed before). The toilet was completely dirty (urine and hair on and around the toilet). The bed was looking okay until I began to remove every layer of linen. Overall, it was simply okay. The housekeepers could use a lint roller to remove hair from their mattress covers. Out of my 4 pillows, 2 were covered in yellow stains and one looked like it grew mold at some point and someone tried to wash it. The TV? Why is the Cox box behind the TV console? The signal doesn’t reach behind the TV! I had to reach behind the dusty TV and pull out the box so I could change the channel. Huge inconvenience for your guests! Hard floor surfaces and carpets were not cleaned at all (not even attempted to clean). Then the tub had this “apologetic” note about how the condition is rough, but hey guarantee is disinfected. Please... This hotel has a HUGE problem going on and it needs to be fixed ASAP. I work this industry, and could point out exactly the issues. Management, please give your team the tools to do their job, and retrain everyone

    The hotels grounds are great, the rooms are awful!
    The hotel lobby was very nice and updated, the pool area very clean and modern, but the room was dingy. You can see they have updated their rooms, just have not maintained the cleanliness AT ALL. Let me start with the first room they assigned us, we never went in because the door knob broke off when we tried to open it. They had to give us another room. When we got to our room, there was dust and junk on the baseboard area and corners, it looked like they had a 4 year old vacuum. The walls look like they needed to be scoured, just an all over feel of yuck! Our air conditioner in the living room area was run by a remote control that didn't work, it kept turning on heat and cool, the air-conditioner in the bedroom wasn't working at all. They brought us a new remote at 4 am when we woke up baking, which then turned the bedroom unit on, but half an hour later, big drops of water were dripping from it. It was a miserable night. Then, at 11:13 AM, housekeeping knocks on our door to tell us we needed to be checked out by 11. Expedia has a noon check out listed on the website, which my husband verified with the staff when he went to the front desk to complain about the entire experience. They told us they would try to refund our money from Expedia, we are still watching to see if that happens. This could be a very nice facility if they got someone to completely scour and disinfect the rooms, and maintain the standard of clean, and update the AC/heat units.

    The wear and tear was terrible and the cleanliness was worse. I won't be staying here again. Check-in is usually 4 pm but Serene accommodated us with an early check-in, which was great. Staff were very friendly and quick to deliver missing items. Our King Suite room had a comfy bed, a small closet with a safe, a jacuzzi tub in the corner of the bedroom, a bathroom with entry through two sides of the room, a waterfall shower, and lots of space with a living room. But the room was in bad shape. The bathroom was dirty, with questionable stains and drips on the walls. There was mold in the shower grout. Even the mirrors were smudged. There was an oily substance on pillowcases. There were brown, dirty fingerprints along doors. The sink faucet sprayed water everywhere and the waterfall shower sprayed all over the place due to a very evident buildup of hard water deposits. It at least ran hot. And the bathroom could have used a few extra towel racks or hooks too - one one the back of a door didn't cut it. We were advised via a note from housekeeping to not use the tub. (So glad we upgraded to the King Suite, hmph.) We had to call guest services to get more hangers. And to get a remote control for the AC units, missing from the room. And to get a hair dryer. Housekeeping didn't restock cups... we were constantly chasing after amenities that should have been in the room. Can't recommend this. This property needs a proper renovation.

    I want to start off by saying the the receptionist are amazing and super attitude! But the manager is a whole different story rude and super aggressive. My husband and I stayed for Labor Day weekend and we had just got done swimming at the pool and when we got back the card for our room wasn’t working so I asked him to go to the front desk to get it reactivated mind you the room was just under my name not his but I did book a king bedroom for 2 as in my husband and I and when he came back he told me that the manager has taken one of the keys (card) bc the rental of the hotel wasn’t under his name and was super rude about it! Also the phone in our room was not connected and it was super dirty behind the phone and bed! Dusty! Also my husband and I were looking forward to using the Tub that’s in our room and i didn’t even work I called front desk and they said “yup they are getting rid of them” like ok that would be nice to know! Best thing about this place was the pool tbh.
