Quiet & comfortable
There was a wall panel falling off in the elevator & we had to switch rooms because the tv didn't work. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

Very weak hot water pressure
The hotel was really clean. We had no hot water pressure in the shower and the response when we called the front desk was “no one else has complained”. Also, 2 days after checkin out an unauthorized charge appeared on my bank account from the hotel but they deny it was from them. I am still working on this issue.

Pleasant stay!
My stay was good! Needed to deliver clean towels when picked up dirty towels. Hand sanitizer stands should have been at elevators. Staff was excellent!
