Exceptional 10.0
Central Bangkok great.
A good hotel to stay in for central Bangkok, staff pleasant and friendly always smiling , good breakfast, free coffee machine in foyer was great, tuk tuk service until 10pm was a bonus, pool with spa and sauna plus steam room gym were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. The only down points are. 1: lack of sun bathing lounges around pool, because guests just use them to put their belongings on whilst swimming (they only have 5) cafe tables and chairs would suit better for belongings. Then sun lounges would be available for those guests that want to sun bathe. 2: Nice balconies but no cafe tables or chairs to sit outside your room on the balcony.

Find another hotel
Staff were no help whatsoever. They wouldn’t even give us towels for the pool because the towels put out for people to use were “now finished”, even though the pool was open for another 3 hours and they also wouldn’t turn on the spa after 6pm.

Poor 2.0
Terrible receptionist staff
The receptionist was the most unprofessional, rudest person I have delt with in the hotel industry. Especially in Thailand where people are friendly. We have been to Bangkok 8 times and I will never stay at this hotel again, I highly recommend against it. We moved after one night to the Travel Lodge which I highly recommend.

Everything is good excepted at night when they closed the door very noisy. I stayed on level 2 a lot of Chinese in that level. I was stayed in this hotel last year and no problem at all. Breakfast is ok. Location is good. The hotel has coffee machine near reception and I love it.

WARNING SHIT HOTEL DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
This would be the Far worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in Thailand..... I only stayed here cause the photos of the hotel looked nice... I stayed in room 604 last night. The air conditioner was blowing out warm air not working properly. The bed was hard, it was like sleeping on a pallet of bricks, The hotel says it has wifi, which is very poor coverage through out the hotel. I mean there wasn’t 1 bar of signal for the wifi. Don’t waste your money on the breakfast, it’s the worst, they have freezing cold fried eggs sitting there with cold sausages. There was no heaters under the food pans to keep the food warm. The staff at reception are also very rude, they make you leave a 2000 baht deposit on check in, or I left $100 aus. On check out they wanted to charge me 500baht for extra room card that had been miss placed. I normally stay at Nana hotel, and that an old hotel with such better service.

Great location - modern
Hotel room was very spacious, comfortable, clean and modern. The location is fantastic, great street with lots of bars and restaurants, also 2 x 7 elevens. At the end of the street is the sky train which we used to get to markets MBK etc, it’s not far but it was so hot this was easy cheap option. The only downside of the hotel was the breakfast, very basic for such a nice hotel, no egg chef as we had come to expect in Thailand, and the food that was there was barely warm, in some cases stone cold. We were expecting this as we had read other reviews . Everything else about the hotel was great, we would definitely stay again

Good 6.0
Ruined by inconsiderate and uncontrolled guests!
The room was big and comfortable and clean. Price was good. Staff polite and efficient but not overly friendly. The absolute worst thing though was the other guests and the failure of the hotel to provide a quiet peaceful environment. I had the great misfortune to be on the same floor as a large group of Chinese with children who would yell always at the top of their voices, scream, constantly going from room to room banging doors and I mean constantly! It's just ridiculous! Some people should pass a basic etiquette and regard for others test before being allowed to travel. These people have absolutely no regard for anybody else and hotel has no regard for its guests to allow unruly guests to run amok and ruin everyone else's vacation! Very very poor!

Great hotel but non-smoking room had an ashtray
The hotel is located on Sukhumvit Soi 8, about 5-10 minutes walk from the main road with a visible neon sign. A hefty 2,000 baht deposit was required at check-in. Complimentary hot beverages are available in the lobby (dispensed from a machine). The room was very spacious, with a table & chairs, a couch, a separate makeup table and a flat screen TV. The room was large enough to have two air conditioning units. The queen bed mattress was one piece (not two singles pushed together). The bathroom was not large but was fine. Unfortunately the non-smoking room had an ashtray and had obviously been smoked in before. But it actually wasn't too bad for one night and I didn't need to change rooms.

Stay was very good, friendly staff.Golf cart runs you to the Bts which was great in the heat.Breakfast was very good with many choices.Wanted to stay again but the the prices went up dramatically so went elsewhere.Nice gym and small pool. The water cleanliness needs to be monitored better as i avoided a swim on my last day.Overall would stay again if the price is reasonable.
