O hotel é bem prático e para quem quer um local bem localizado e preço justo. O quarto estava limpo, só os copos precisei pedir para lavar, mas logo a camareira já se prontificou a isso. O quarto é grande, chuveiro muito bom água quente com boa pressão e cama confortável. O café ta manhã e bom, bem variado mas o omelete poderia ser melhor. Em um geral tivemos uma boa experiência, fizemos tudo a pé por ser bem localizado. Para quem busca um hotel bom e prático o Tissiani é uma boa opção.

O custo benefício do hotel é excelente. Fica bem localizado em Canela. Ganhamos um upgrade de quarto e foi essencial para nós que estávamos com um bebe de 9 meses, assim ela teve bastante espaço para explorar. Inclusive, o quarto era espaçoso e bem arejado. Considerando o valor da diária, o hotel atendeu muito bem as expectativas, com uma equipe extremamente educada e prestativa. O café da manhã era bom, tinha variedades, porém minha única ressalva é quanto ao café passado - poderia ser uma marca de café melhor.
