So I'll start this review off with pretty much the only positive thing about this place, the rooms. The beds were comfortable and we liked the screen sharing ability on the TV. However the sliding doors for the bathroom broke extremely easily, and the lack of a microwave was a little annoying.
Now I'd like to talk about the area. Neither me or my daughter felt safe here. The area just in general does not feel safe. The walls are extremely thin and it's next to an apparently very busy street, making it nearly impossible to sleep at night.
Also the lock on the door seemingly just did not work. I had to leave to run errands and so I left my daughter in the room. There's a button on the inside of the door that says lock, and the way it should work is when you hold it down, it makes it so even if someone were to use to code, it wouldn't work and only someone from the inside could let anyone in. This "lock" button ended up doing nothing, and I had no problem using my code to get in. It also probably should've been a red flag to see that there are zero pictures of the outside of the building.
I tried 3 times to reach out about concerns with the place and about a refund. Then when I was finally able to reach them I was denied a refund.
Overall this place was just extremely bad, we only ended up staying 1 out of the 3 days we were supposed to stay. Expedia needs to stop putting this in their "highly rated" category.
