It was very clean and the deck was very private with 2 comfortable chairs and a beautiful lake view. The furniture and the bed were all comfortable, and we enjoyed the hot tub. We enjoyed getting our breakfast and eating it in our room. We didn't use the kitchen too much because we were only there 2 nights, but it was very nice and had everything needed for fixing some simple meals.

Room was clean and had an assortment of amenities ( refrigerator, microwave, whirlpool tub) that were nice to have. Dan at the desk did an excellent job of getting us checked in earlier than 4:00 pm. The a c was loud and the lock on the patio door did not work. It as rather noisy due to the highway. Not a first class hotel but nice neverless.

We liked the Point Hotel and will stay again. Very comfortable bed, nice kitchenette in room, enjoyed the pool, hot tub & sauna. Grounds were very pretty and nice location on our way to visit family. Waffles, coffee and various breakfast items were included. Rooma are not new and modern but homey, clean with A lodge, northern woods theme.

We absolutely loved The Pointe. It was clean and stocked with kitchen items to make our own meals. The decor was woodsy and cozy, and the whole place was well maintained. The balcony overlooked the water and it was mostly calm and serene. We were there for a baseball tournament and the other parents were envious when they asked about our accommodations and we told them how great it was!

Hotel is in a very convenient location to restaurants and downtown. Hotel was clean, but dated. However, the hotel does not have elevator service to all levels and is built into a hill. We had to carry all of our luggage, and breakfast every morning, up and down 4 flights of stairs. Breakfast is complimentary but must be taken back to your room. If you have difficulty with stairs this is not a good choice, unless hotel will guarantee you are on first or second floor on building 1 or 2.
