We have stopped at this property before due to it's good location to the city and in this recent case the hospital. The building we were housed in was part of the oldest on the property. As a consequence of this the water pipes to the unit must be exposed to the full range of the sun in the summer and as a consequence the cold water is very hot and needs to be run for some 15 minutes or so to cool the water. A very nice gesture was that on arrival the lady on reception noticed that I had aa heavy limp and told me that our booking was in a room upstairs. She went to considerable trouble to get a ground floor unit and this was warmly welcomed..
