I stayed at this hotel for only one night and was not satisfied. The rooms are very outdated and old. The floor was very dirty and looked like it needed a good scrubbing to get those stains out. The bed sheets had stains on them. The bathroom looked like it had been cleaned really fast. The shower was dirty around the corners. The shower also had a big hole at the top which freaked me out when I got in there to shower. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The toilet paper roll we were given was half used and covered in coffee. This was very disgusting and we did not use it, we opened a new roll up. Our family members also staying there but in a different room didn’t have toilet paper in their room. The hallways to get to the rooms did not have any lights, which can be dangerous because the staircase is very narrow. The room lights were very confusing to try to figure out and I had to hit the wall to turn the lights on. Overall, this place is not very clean and is outdated. We had ants in our bed at one point and this made my child very uncomfortable to sleep. This location is nice but I wouldn’t recommend this location for the fact that it’s not the cleanest hotel. We booked this hotel because of its location and because the pictures showing the hotel rooms looked beautiful. The pictures look nothing like the actual hotel rooms.

MY WORST NIGHTMARE EVER! THEIVES,DO NOT BOOK HERE!
THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY TRAVELING LIFE AND STRONGLY ADVISE NO ONE BOOK THIS HOTEL. UPON WALKING INSIDE I WAS NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED THOUGH I WAS THE ONLY PERSON INSIDE. I KINDLY ASKED IF THIS WAS THE HOTEL AND THE NASTY PERSON BEHIND THE DESK SAID YES. I STATED MY NAME AND SHE GLARED AT ME AS IF I HAD NOT SPOKEN AND WAS IRRELEVANT. THIS OCCURRED 3 TIMES. I SAID I THOUGHT I BOOKED A ROOM, TO WHICH SHE RUDELY REPLIED WITH A SHORT NASTY COMMENT. SHE THEN LOOKED AT MY 14 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND ASKED WHO THAT WAS. THE SMUGLY STATED THAT MY DAUGHTER WAS NOT WELCOME TO STAY THERE AS THE ROOM WAS BOOKED FOR 1. I ADVISED I HAD JUST ARRIVED IN PARIS AFTER A CANCELED FLIGHT AND HAD JUST BOOKED THIS ROOM FOR 1 ADULT AND 1 CHILD ON MY PHONE FROM THE DINER DOWN THE STREET. SHE TOLD ME IT WAS ONLY FOR 1. I OFFERED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE AS THERE WAS SOME MISTAKE AND SHE ADVISED NOT POSSIBLE. I ADVISED HER THAT MY FAMILY WOULD BE ARRIVING SOON IN PARIS AND MY DAUGHTER COULD STAY WITH THEM BUT FOR THE MOMENT WE WANTED TO GO REST AFTER BEING UP OVER 48 HOURS AND SET OUR LUGGAGE DOWN. SHE REFUSED. SHE FURTHER REFUSED TO EVEN GIVE ME A KEY TO THE ROOM I ALREADY PAID FOR. SHE TOLD ME MY 14 YEAR OLD CHILD COULD SLEEP ON THE STREET FOR ALL SHE CARED BUT SHE WAS NOT GOING TO GIVE ME A KEY OR ACCESS TO THE ROOM. I REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK TO WHICH SHE REPLIED, NO. SHE CALLED THE MANAGER AND LIED TO HIM ABOUT THE SITUATION THEN CALLED THE POLICE TO HAVE US REMOVED WITH NO WHERE TO GO.

Don’t bother
My DIL and I chose this hotel for convenience and view of the Eiffel Tower and other sites. This is the only reason we would give this hotel any good marks. It is central to a lot of shopping, great cafes, bakeries, and sites. We made reservations for 2 twin beds, got 1 with no avail. for 2 which would have likely given us a little more space. The decor was very dated and not particularly clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. The view of the Eiffel Tower we had to lean out the window and look to the right which if that is the reason for booking don’t bother. The bathroom was so small you have to sit sideways on the toilet, the shower so small you better choose well getting into it because you are not moving position, and the shower pan was dirty especially around the edges which is no surprise because how do you even squeeze in there to clean. And don’t try to change clothes in the bathroom because it just doesn’t work. The last night I got up in the middle of night to use the bathroom in the dark and the ceiling was literally raining on me.Turned the light on and sure enough it was dripping and did so all morning up until leaving.Right after checking in for 3 nights we were so disappointed and also concerned about getting to the airport early depart morning that I made a new reserv. at an airport hotel. We told the front desk of our change and they said no change which was clear on the reservation. After leaving a review the hotel manager gave a partial refund not honored at checkout

Very good 8.0
Simple hotel close to the Eiffel Tower
I have stayed at this hotel twice, once last June for 4 nights and again this June for 4 nights. It's in a great location, there are laundry services and grocery stores near by, as well as restaurants. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower and there are bus and metro stations within a 2-3 minute walk. They don't have AC, but there was a ceiling fan in my room which made it pleasant even with the heat wave that was occurring. They have a small elevator so you don't have to navigate winding stairs with luggage, and we had our own bathroom with the best water pressure I've ever had. Things I didn't like were: (1) The wallpaper was old and dingy with questionable stains on nearly every wall. It gave the impression that they didn't clean as thoroughly as I would like even though the rest of the room was great (2) There was only one power outlet in the entire room, so unless you bring a power strip, you can only charge one device at a time, and (3) The beds are VERY, VERY firm. I have a newly herniated disk in my lower back and I couldn't sleep very well this trip. I would likely not stay here again for this reason. If you don't have back problems, and you like firm beds, then you'll be in heaven.

Tiniest bathroom ever- and I've been to Venice!
While this was certainly a budget hotel, I expected a bit more from the facility in terms of cleanliness, in particular in the bathroom. Not only was there evidence of mold in the shower tiles/curtain but it was also impossible to take a shower without the entire floor getting soaked as the curtain was too short and also not extended past the shower stall. I'm 5'3" and I had to step around the toilet to get into it. Anyone taller would not be able to fit in the shower or on the toilet. On the plus side, we had room 33 from which there is a view of the Eiffel Tower through the trees. Very noisy if the windows are open though as the hotel is on a busy street. Staff were very pleasant and helpful :)
