Staff were friendly, hotel is centrally located. Rooms are very small and don’t even has a coffeetable or chair. There was only the bed. It was an “okay” stay.

Great time in Kars
Staff was super friendly. Location is really good. Food was amazing. Some rooms might be noisy if you open the window due to main road traffic. Overall, definitely recommended.

Exceptional staff & great hotel
The reception staff could not have been more helpful - they gave us local food recommendations, chatted about Turkish culture and even called the bus office to reserve us seats. The bedroom was very comfortable and warm - bathroom and bedding clean, with complimentary slippers which was nice. Also you can take tea, coffee or water (free of charge) throughout the day and up to 2am. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, the man and woman serving were very welcoming and plied us with tea! Great location and only 10lira from the train station in taxi. 5 minute walk to the buses that go to Georgia.

The location was excellent right on the central street an easy walk from where the minibuses drop you off The guys at the front desk were pretty helpful. The hot water was good with good water pressure and the bathroom was nice size The free breakfast was good with a nice variety of Turkish breakfast items Best things were location and breakfast
