Great location. Really liked the staff. The only problem (and I've encountered this across Turkey) is they don't use sheets that actually fit the bed, so the sides and head can't be tucked in. This means that if you roll over at all while sleeping, the bottom sheet ends up in a ball and you wake up sleeping on the mattress pad.

An absolute gem!
We booked very last minute and were very very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Özbek is a lovely hotel with beautiful clean rooms, amazing terraces and a great location. But what really surprised us more was the incredibly nice couple who run the hotel. They were so warm, welcoming and considerate. They will make you feel very special. Nothing was too much trouble, they did us great prices on hot air ballooning, day tours and airport transfers and everything was organized seemlessly. They really made our trip extra special. Oh and the breakfast! There are Turkish breakfasts and there are Turkish breakfasts. They serve the most insane spread of cheeses, olives, honey, pastries, eggs, fruit, breads, vegetables etc. it was unbelievable! It was a real treat to stay here

Ozbek Stone House
We stayed at the Ozbek Stone house for 2 nights and we loved it! The place was clean and staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was also very good and well presented. We couldnt go for our balloon flight one morning due to bad weather and Secil the manager, tried to organize it for the following day and tried to fit in our transfers as well which was very kind of her. I would definitely return.

Clean and comfortable room. Excellent location, 3 minutes away from the best view point in the area and 4 minutes from the centre, many restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful hosts. Breakfast is good and served in a nice terrace room with spectacular view over Goreme. Reasonable price. Highly recommended accommodation.

Very delicious breakfast, nice view Room was a little small and cold but nice bed But the price is worth the stay The only think can be improved is to have the reception guy who can speak english. This guy is an Uzbek and neither speak turkish nor english. He did not how tp charge us for payment and we were so late for out tour
