Nice but not twice
The location was a bit of a walk from Shinjuku Station, which was very inconvenient when carrying luggage around in the crowded streets you’ll have to pass thru to get to the hotel. However, the place was clean and had friendly staff. The pods were reasonable size but the mattress and pillow weren’t very comfortable, not much support if you have a bad back or aching body. It’s a nice experience but probably wouldn’t do it again.

Sleeping like a pea in a pod
Nice clean facilities. Pods were comfortable, but a little noisey despite signs asking patrons to be quiet in the sleeping area.

Great value, hassle-free.
Stayed here for 2 nights and it was all I needed. Clean, quiet and hassle-free spot. The pods are roomy and I wasn’t bothered by noise at all, but I can imagine noisy neighbours would cause issues. The pods can get a little toasty but don’t be afraid to leave the shade open at night. Everybody minds their own business and won’t bother you. I’m generally very fussy about having privacy but the communal environment didn’t get to me at all. My pod (5th floor) didn’t have any ports or plugs so I had to do my gadget-charging in the common area. Hotel provides towels, pyjamas, toothbrush/paste and soap- anything else just grab it from 7-11 down the street. There are plenty of showers and toilets, all private behind a cubicle door. Sinks and mirrors are in shared space The lockers are pretty big but very large suitcases will not fit- store them at the desk. My big negative, and as everybody has mentioned, the locker room is very small and it’s annoying trying to organise your stuff without getting in somebody’s way. However you can drag your stuff up to the common area and there is plenty of space to spread out there and sort out your bag. The hotel is about 5 minutes from Shin-okubo station (JR). The station and streets are small so bear this in mind if you are bringing luggage. You do need to check out every day but this takes all of 30 seconds. The front desk staff all speak English. Overall a fantastic place to stay and great value for money. I’ll be back again one day.

A Highly Enjoyable Stay
First time staying at a Capsule Hotel. The sleeping area was spacious, well ventilated and extremely comfortable. I was usually asleep within minutes of my head hitting the pillow. The hotel is a few minutes walking distance of the train station, local onsen, laundromat, park, shopping centre and plenty places to eat. The staff are very friendly and have excellent English skills.

Simple and cheap
Simple check in and clean spaces. Was a bit noisy in the sleeping rooms as there were only curtains to close off your space so the sounds on snoring travelled.

Honeymooners separated
Couple who had to spilt up as seperate for male and female. Clothes given were too small and pod was hot. Need aircon. Annoying people also didn’t respect others and sat speaking and laughing at night and pressing snooze buttons every 10 mins in the morning waking up everyone. Breakfast was at a cafe down the road

It is definitely a good hostel, has everything you need, everything is self explanatory and its good value for money! If you are looking to come here for the capsule experience I would suggest one night is enough. Amenities are very clean and tidy, and it was comfortable.
