Apartment & Rooms Verdi

Brand new. Excellent property, spacious, great bathroom. Right in heart of walled city.

No toilet paper Broken air conditioner No extra blankets 1 coffee spoon and just one plastic glass Cold water in the shower after 10 minutes (Only possible for one person to take a warm shower)

Top floor studio with balcony review. Great location, nice but small balcony with outstanding views are the plus points of a short stay here. On the downside there are 58 steps to the room - carrying luggage is an issue - which has very limited head space and a extremely uncomfortable and well used sofa bed. Fine for 1 night as you are in the middle of all the action but not suitable for longer stays. No reception but that normal.

Hvala vam Kristina (Verdi staff) Pros: -Friendly welcoming greeting by the staff who will meet you to bring you to the hotel (pick a specific gate/site to meet up in case you don’t have a phone to contact them ie. Orno’s fountain). -The bottom of the stairs that leads to the hotel is somewhat like a “restaurant row” where you’ll have lots of choices to eat. -the hotel looks newly renovated; clean, modern. ✔️mini fridge, ✔️coffee cups + complimentary 3-in-1 coffee, ✔️water glasses, ✖️no safe but very secured door locks (we felt safe the whole time), ✔️good reception flat screen tv. -bathroom is small but clean; good pressure hot water. (at night, only one incident when my friend didn’t have hot water, but she didn’t mind since it was refreshing for her) ✔️blowdryer Take note: -lots of stairs leading to the hotel so get those biceps ready. -more steps leading to your room—your arms will be shaking by the time you put your luggage down. 😉 -room is small (we’re two 5’2 females and we only had enough space for ourselves) -nearest to Pile Gate Overall, we would stay here again. Mold in the room all over wall, next to bed. Unclean cups and filthy electric kettle. Room smelled like wet/mold.
