Great service/location. Can improve the room.
The service and location are fantastic! Unfortunately, the room was not so clean. The main bed was fine but the sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on.

We were given 1 bedroom when requested 2 bedroom We booked unit 15 but were told website wrong and put in unit 7 The sleeper sofa was totally unacceptable

Location!!
The apartment was super clean and well equipped. The location was right at the Piazza Duomo and easy walking distance to everything. It was difficult to find since the address listed is for a business and we thought we were looking for a hotel after booking last minute on hotels.com. It probably would have been easier to find if we were able to correspond with the apartment manager prior to arriving and arrange a meeting place and time. All in all, it was a great experience and I would recommend this apartment.

Perfect getaway
The Proconsolo is a perfect location right around the corner from the Duomo and the best organic Gelateria Edoardo. The staff was very welcoming and allowed us to check in early. They provided us with tasty treats for our kids and a bottle of wine. The only down side is there is was only one blanket available for use in the room, but none found for the sofa bed. Aside from the blanket, we enjoyed our stay.
