Absolutely lovely property with friendly staff and a nice onsite restaurant. I was only there for one night due to an airline mishap, but I would definitely recommend for easy access to airport. It is far from Port Of Spain, where I eventually ended up, but it served it purpose.

Nice small hotel, well kept, nice people. The rooms are small but have everything needed. When checking in, ask how to turn on the on-line water heater or you will not get hot water but the system works very well once you know how it operates. Compared with other hotels in the area considering price, quality, this is a good deal. They also have a great restaurant on the top floor offering Indian and Thai foods although a little expensive. There is a Roti shop across the street and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away.
