Very Good
Job interview
Our room was cute and very clean. The area was amazing. Only small issue was that we arrived very early in the day on arrival day and left late in the day on the day we departed. I am used to being able to leave our bags at the checkin-since this did not have a check in desk it was more complicated.

Exceptional
Great Stay at The Georgetown House
The room was neatly prepared, and I was upgraded as well with no additional charge. Staff was friendly and casual, and appreciated their efforts. Bed was GREAT with plenty of pillows. There was also a desk available to work, and bathroom had soap and everything I needed. Cubby down bottom was nice to leave additional luggage in. Only thing that could have been better was the WiFi connectivity. 5 out of 5! Thanks again :)

as advertised.
Exactly as advertised - a no-frills, budget place with minimal service. Still, it was clean and comfortable, and perfectly fine for a quick, cheap overnight. Check in kiosk was clear and easy.

The hotel is nice, but the check-in was a bit confusing after a long trip---and there is nobody on hand to assist Check-in is via a self-service kiosk on the side of the building. The kiosk is poorly illuminated at night, and frankly a bit of a hassle. The machine supposedly can scan your drivers license (or passport) to verify your identity (sort of like a passport scanner at the airport), but it was unable to read my brand new California ID. I then had to use the clumsy touch-screen to enter all of my ID info manually. This took forever, and it was quite cold outside. I would hate to go through this process if it were raining. Once my ID was verified I was given a 4 digit code to use on the electrified door lock. The keys on the lock were sticking, and it took 8 or 9 tries to get it to work. Basically you just need to enter the code slowly, and wait a second after the code is entered for the electrified latch bolt to fully retract. This was clearly a problem for other guests as I heard people struggling with the lock a few times during my stay. The room itself was pretty nice, and quite clean, though the bed was uncomfortable. But in the end, it was a great location for a great price, so I think its worth it. Just plan for a bit of a headache during check-in.

Very well located. Very clean. The room is small but comfortable for a couple.
