There was no health protocol in the hotel at all. They did not ask us to check in with Peduli Lindungi and did not check the temperature of the visitors. The brekfast place was so crowded with no social distancing at all. The tables and chairs are so dirty. The bed in the room was not comfortable, the pillow and blanket was not properly done. It is like staying in the 2-3 star hotel. I would say it is overprice for that kind of room and service.

Quiet and Relax
We booked a hotel car to pick us up from JOG airport and the driver managed to come early. We got the same driver when we booked the car to Borobudur and he was willing to wait for us until we finished the sunrise tour. Since it was low-season and the room was ready, we could get the room before the check-in time. The staff all were polite and friendly. They tried to have a small talk with the guests. The food served during breakfast and afternoon tea was delicious especially the Indonesian food and snacks. The spa was recommended. The therapists did a good job on the massage. We were the last guests but they were not rushing even though it passed their closing time. The hotel surroundings were mountains and paddy fields. The atmosphere was quiet, calm and peaceful. As a resort hotel, you can't get away with mosquitoes, ants and other insects. As long as you keep the balcony door closed, no mosquitoes will come into your room. We did not find any mosquitoes and ants in our room. We have no complaint about it. Overall, we were very satisfied with all the service and facilities provided. We will consider to stay here again when we have a chance to come back.
