Good staff but so-so overall.
The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was small and the heating was not good. The head side of the bed was directly under the window and cold air came to my face. The in-house spa was very good. The dinner was mediocre.

Clean and tidy hotel in Hakuba. Good breakfast included. As with most accomodation in Hakuba, expect tiny rooms and tiny bathrooms, as well as being quite dated. However only a 5 minute walk to the Nakiyama lift and a 10 minute walk to the Gondola this hotel is a good deal and won’t disappoint
