Fantastic for the price.
Great location in the Medina with easy access to everything of interest by foot. The train station though is a 10 minute , 3 dollar taxi ride away. Friendly helpful staff and good breakfast ( though mainly bread based). All in all incredible value for money.

Excellent !
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The location was in an excellent spot and easy to find. Super central and very close to all the touristic locations you'd want to visit! The taxi dropped me off at the bottom of the stairs near the parking that lead up to the hotel. If climbing a set of stairs with luggage is to much for you, then have the taxi drop you off at the main gate where the round about is to the petite Socco and it's a quick down hill walk to Alley that veers right from the grand central cafe to the hotel. The staff will take your luggage to the room but there is no elevator; so if you have physical limitations climbing stairs this is not the hotel for you! The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable and I had an amazing view from my room and the restaurant. I did not have a chance to eat there so can't comment on the food but the view from there is superb. The mosque is right next to the hotel; which is beautiful, yet keep this in mind before booking if you don't want to be woken up early in the morning with the call of prayer. I enjoyed having the blow-dryer next to the vanity to get ready in the mornings and the hotel did offer room service and even brought me a bottle of water for free when I asked. The staff is attentive and available 24hrs a day, should you need anything. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water, the wifi worked great and they provide toiletries. All in all I would definitely stay stay here again!

We loved our stay at Mamora Bay! The hotel overlooks the water and is in a very convenient location -- easy walking distance from shops and restaurants, the waterfront, and taxi pick-up. The service was incredible and the staff were very kind. The space was spotless and the room just perfect. We really loved our stay and highly recommend Mamora Bay!

Lovely hotel in the heart of the old town
From my first contact with the hotel the staff were helpful. They arranged an airport transfer by taxi which saved the hassle of negotiating the local system after a long day of travel. A staff member met me from the taxi to take me up to the hotel in the Medina. On check in little details like being given a drink on entering the hotel were very welcome. My room was a good size with ensuite. It was clean and came with a fruit bowl and large bottle of water. A second door led out onto a shared balcony with seating. The room was serviced daily. Breakfast was plentiful and a mixture of Moroccan and more European options. The top floor restaurant has sea views. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well positioned in the Medina. There is quite a climb to access it which might not suit somebody with mobility issues, but it is otherwise within walking distance of all the old town attractions. There are plenty of options for food and drink nearby. The Ahlen restaurant over the street does a tasty, good value meal and the cafe in the square just a minute away is a great place for people watching. Not a criticism, but something to be aware of, the hotel is next door to a large mosque and the call to prayer at 5:30am each morning was just outside my bedroom window. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would book again if I ever returned to Tangier.

Hotel with a fantastic Atmosphere and ambiance.
The staff were amazing so polite, friendly, breakfast was different everyday that was nice and cooked / prepared fresh each morning, plus a fantastic panoramic view whilst eating breakfast, bed was really comfortable, single room was big enough, had no real view from the window but could hear the gentle vibe from the narrow street the hotel faces. Like most hotels there is noise from the corridors throughout the day and night but overall no issue. Fantastic stay plus I hope one day to return. I travel the world constantly and move destinations/ hotels every 3 days as an average and this hotel overall has been the best I’ve stayed in this year

Great stay overall. Very welcoming staff that went out of their way to make my experience as comfortable/enjoyable as possible. Hotel is in a centric location with many restaurants, cafés and shops closeby and most inportantly breathtaking views over the bay. Thank you and we'll surely be back.
