Very good 8.0
First time staying at the H Club. Friendly greeting by reception staff, who showed us to our room. The room was large and cosy with some nice artwork and shelving. The website and some reviews mentioned bottled cocktails in the room, but there were none of these and the hotel never responded to an email when I queried. The cocktail room service was lovely, though. We stayed on a Saturday night, there was a disco on the floor above which you could hear in the room (we could hear this when heading to bed at 1am), something to bear in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Overall a lovely stay - a special treat given the high price.

Wonderful home away from home
We stayed for four nights, and absolutely loved it. We had a “medium” room which was very comfortable for two, with a spacious bathroom. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. We felt like it was coming home each evening after a day walking around. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spotless, and the little amenities were plentiful. They even supplied several excellent teas and biscuits. The hotel is also a club for artists, but to be honest for us it just felt like a hotel. They made sure to let us know we were welcome to use the restaurant, bar, and take part in the various events and activities the club offered its members, but we were so busy sight-seeing that we never tried them out. It appears there are also movies shown nightly somewhere, but we never made it that far. The design and decor is lovely and interesting, and the location of the hotel is very convenient for tourists. From Heathrow, you don’t have to change any lines on the Tube at all; Just take Piccadilly about 45 mins to Covent Garden and then it’s about a 6 minute walk. We had several suitcases and I was concerned about navigating the streets, but it’s such a walkable area that it was a breeze. The area is very convenient to lots of the main tourist areas. We often didn’t even get a tube anywhere until mid-day. We had breakfast the day we left, and room service showed up precisely at the requested time. Egg and bacon sandwich was perfect.

Fantastic Little Hotel w/ Very Cool Private Club
Pretty cool hotel (and private club) on a great little street in Covent Gardens. This hotel has 15 rooms on one floor of a very cool private club (hotel guests get full access). The club includes two floors of cool bars, a restaurant, couches, work tables, outdoor spaces, a small movie theater, and a performance venue for small shows. Each night at around 6:30 PM a bartender comes by your room and mix you a free cocktail. I was in one of the small rooms w/o a window. It was comfortable for one person but my wife came into town the last night and it was a bit tight for two.

Words can't do it justice... amazing place!
Wow. What an awesome place... the suites are amazing, so comfortable and spacious, and the amenities are, quite honestly, the best we’ve ever experienced. Such a wonderful blend of retro meets modern! The building is great too with several bars on site, all very relaxing and hip and utterly unique. The 6.30pm cocktail turn down in your room is just the icing on the cake and not to be missed if you haven’t got other plans! The staff have been so helpful and friendly and the location (north end of Covent Garden and just a few minutes walk from Shaftesbury Avenue and Soho) is about as perfect as you can get. Love this place... it’s worth every penny, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants somewhere a little bit different with a touch of quality and class. We will definitely be back again! Not sure what every room is like, but ours (room 1) really was wonderful... it’s spacious, well decorated (with that retro style I mentioned) with LG flat screen TV’s, a Roberts radio by the bed and a Libratone wireless speaker for chilling out to! Our first night here we never even left the building... I’m not sure anywhere else will ever be able to compete again!! Thank you so much Hospital Club, can't wait to see you all again!

The room was gorgeous and full of high end touches. They also had great amenities and complimentary cocktails and bottled water. The small hotel is part of a private club and we could utilize their facilities as well. Loved the location near (but not too near) Covent Garden. The tube is a mere 5 minute walk away, great restaurants and pubs nearby, and one block from Neal St. would highly recommend and will stay there again when in London.
