We had a fantastic stay at the Eric Vokel apartments in Hamburg. The staff were extremely friendly and considerate and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we required and it's in a fantastic central location. Highly recommended!

Location and comfort
Hamburg is a great place and Eric Vokkel apartments were superb. There is everything you need to be independent and still have service. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. We arrived on the day after it opened for the first time and all of the staff were paying particular attention to the smallest details to make sure that everything was fully functional - which it was. We stayed with Eric in Amsterdam and were so impressed that we looked for their apartment when we travelled again. Hopefully there will be more in other cities soon. VERY easy walk from the station

Best stay of our entire trip in Germany
The apartment was perfect for my family - clean, comfortable, functional and convenient to everything. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Building has onsite locker room to store our luggage after our check out - which provide us the opportunities to check out few places before our train ride to Berlin. We only stayed for a day but will definitely go back for a longer stay. Perfect for anyone that does not require daily housekeeping.

I was so pleased to find Eric Vokel Boutique Apartments! It is located a short walk from Hamburg Hauptbahnhof in a quiet, super clean area with nicer restaurants. Reception staff were surprisingly warm and welcoming - Alexandra took the time to point out area attractions on a city map and her colleague (regretfully don't remember his name) was equally kind. The ongoing construction directly across from the hotel initially concerned us, but thankfully we were placed opposite the building site and did not hear a peep. We were absolutely thrilled with the room! You know that feeling as you approach your room for the first time a little fearful that the online photos won't reflect reality? Well, forget about it! Our room was spacious and modern with a high-end designer feel that exceeded our expectations. I have to especially shoutout the bed chamber with sliding doors; remote-controlled blackout shades; and plentiful, yet ergonomic open wardrobe. The living room and dining areas were also lovely and of course it is always nice to return home with clean clothing when you have an in-unit laundry. I liked that housekeeping comes once every three days, which is more sustainable than daily pick-up. If I had to nitpick anything, it would be the bathroom - also lovely - which isn't as thoughtfully designed, likely due to space constraints. Also, the bath towels are roughly textured and tiny. Minor quibbles, really, as this hotel was truly outstanding. We will definitely return.

Fantastic apartment and great location
Fantastic apartment in an excellent location. So close to station, shops and Christmas markets. Fully equipped, very clean and well soundproofed. Staff also very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Really impressed and would fully recommend.
