Everything is as described - tiny! The room was fantastic, location was great and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Downtown is a quick bus ride away. Staff were wonderful. I can't recommend this enough. Parking on the street was plentiful and safe. We can't wait to go back.

We Love this place. We have stayed here before, this is our 3rd time, we keep choosing different tiny houses. All of them are great. Comfortable beds and bedding. Good basic amenities. Remember they are small, and cozy. Great for couples. Lots of good restaurantes and things to do walking distance from the Tiny houses. Nice common area, for all guests to enjoy. We will be coming back, we want to stay in all of them.

I'd never stayed in a tiny home before and was intrigued when I saw the listing due to the neighborhood it's in (very walkable with LOTS of restaurants and bars nearby, and I'm happy that I did! The tiny home I stayed in, they are all different, was perfect for a solo traveler or a couple that doesn't mind being cozy with one another. All the arrival instructions were clear with outer gate code and door code to the unit. Street parking was plentiful since the homes don't have their own parking. The only thing I would warn about is if one had physical limitations, as the bed was very high and would be hard to get into if that were the case, however this wasn't an issue for me. A great place for something different and I highly recommend it!

This property was eclectic and we'll kept. I enjoyed the silence. The room was very much decorated as was seen in the photos. There was heater on when I arrived in the room and it thawed me out. I love how there was a small binder for help with the property, faqs, and also suggestions on activities nearby. There was also a tiny book on Portland which was rather pleasant and gave me a summary. The experience was rich and I felt incredibly safe on my solo trip. I would highly recommend this stunning place to anyone I love because I know they will feel pampered here.

Let us start with the good. The place was located in a safe and clean neighborhood, close to restaurants and other amenities such as stores, parks, and the like. It was also easily reachable from the airport and various freeways. Moreover, there was a sense of community for the tiny houses with games outside, a hammock, firepits, etc. The owners were also very proactive in following up and in my case in providing extra blankets when I requested them. As for the drawbacks, the unit was not properly designed and thus uncomfortable. The floor is not well insulated and makes the place very cold (better bring thick slippers!). The sink and counters are insanely high (close to 4 feet) which makes washing the face or teeth challenging, and cooking on the provided hot plate nearly impossible unless you are over 6 feet tall. And then, if you are that tall, the tiny house would feel very claustrophobic and you will hit the head on the upper floor whenever you wake up. They should reconsider the design, or at the very least include a microwave at a reasonable height, and real plates that are more than 2 inches square for people to eat inside.

Wonderful and fun property. Unfortunately the tiny houses are cozy, but for elderly sisters or even an elderly couple, the Merlot house requires that one person crawl down to the end of the bed if they need to use the bathroom. Needs another shelf or two and maybe that the heat were adjustable. But I loved the property and the bed was so comfortable that as a solo traveler I would definitely do this again. Thank you

My only complaint is that the street parking in Portland is very tight, and while it was available I was nervous when we had a car filled with business materials. There was no issues, and the interior of the tiny home was relaxing after long work days. Nice soft sheets and a larger bathroom area than I was expecting.
