We will be back!
Brilliant hotel! I had originally booked for 2 nights in another hotel but after reading the reviews I changed my mind and I am so glad I did! Its is very close to the main train station a few minutes walk if that, we arrived about 10pm and were greeted with a very warm welcome. Staff were very friendly and full of suggestions for places to eat and drink. Which after a full day of travelling we were glad of! The hotel decor is botanical and natural with a little funky twist. It was beautiful and very clean. We booked a balcony room and the view was well worth the extra. Ask for room 702 it did not disapoint. The room was a decent size with a nice ensuite, fresh soft towels, the bed was large and very comfortable. Small coffee machine in the room and we requested a kettle as I am a tea drinker - took reception less than 5 minutes to bring some to us and some fresh milk also! There's a mini fridge (with a bottle of water in it) and a safe. Plenty of plugs.and some USB ports as well, TV had a decent range of channels. We heard very little noise from other guests and virtually nothing from outside. Mimosas for breakfast best way to start the day on holiday! The breakfast buffett was great - something for every one and you can make your own waffles! Plenty of healthy options too. Range of fruit drinks and flavoured water avaliable and a couple of self serve coffee machines.

I loved the room. It was a great size wtih a little fridge and coffee machine. The location was awesome. The best part were the staff. I arrived a little before check in and i was allowed to check in a little early and get access to my room If im ever in Antwerpen again, i will definitely stay here.

The room was terrible. It was supposed to be the nicest room in the hotel. No closet, dirty carpet and tired furnishings. I would hate to see what the rest of the rooms are like. The area of the hotel is kind of seedy, but very convenient to the train station.
